The Dhikala Forest Lodge is located in the dense inner area of Jim Corbett National Park. It was built in 1936 and now it is managed by the forest department. Dhikala forest lodge is located 30 km from Dhangadi gate and the area between is full of dense sal forest. It takes approximately one and a half hours to reach via a four-wheeler. This area is highly popular for its natural green beauty. In Dhikala zone, one can spot wild animals such as elephants, tigers, Deer, Barasinga, Hyena, Fox, Monitor Lizard, etc. very easily. This Forest Lodge is the perfect place to stay especially for those who really wanted to have a wildlife experience.
